The audio is an excerpt from his sermon, entitled 'The Preeminence of Christ,' covering Colossians 1.18b. In this excerpt, Mike emphasizes that 'in the church, Christ, who is the Lord of the Church, is to have first place in everything.'1
He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. He is also head of the body, the church; and He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything.
